MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd provides home healthcare and nursing-related services, including, but not limited to:

  • 24-hour nursing care
  • ICU-trained nursing services
  • Home nursing services
  • Patient and elderly care
  • Bedridden patient care
  • Post-operative care
  • Stroke and paralysis care
  • Injection and IV-related services
  • Catheter care
  • Ryle's tube feeding
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Oxygen management
  • Mother and baby/Japa care
  • Caregiver and attendant services

The availability of a particular service depends on the patient's requirements, location, staff availability, and clinical assessment.

02 Nature of Services

Our home healthcare services are intended to support patients and families with appropriate nursing, caregiving, and healthcare assistance at home.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our services do not replace emergency medical treatment, hospital admission, specialist consultation, or ambulance services.

In case of a medical emergency, the patient or attendant should immediately contact the appropriate emergency medical service or proceed to the nearest hospital.

03 Patient Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the patient's:

  • Medical condition
  • Diagnosis
  • Current medications
  • Allergies
  • Previous medical history
  • Doctor's instructions
  • Mobility and care requirements
  • Emergency contact details

MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or deliberately withheld information.

04 Medical Prescriptions and Instructions

Our nursing staff shall follow valid medical prescriptions and instructions provided by the patient's treating doctor or authorized healthcare professional.

Our staff members are not authorized to independently change medication dosage, treatment plans, prescriptions, or medical procedures unless appropriately instructed by an authorized medical professional.

05 Staff Deployment

We make reasonable efforts to deploy appropriately qualified and suitable nursing/caregiving personnel according to the patient's requirements.

Staff availability may vary depending on:

  • Location
  • Required qualifications
  • Shift duration
  • Patient condition
  • Service demand
  • Emergency situations
  • Staff availability

MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd reserves the right to replace or reassign deployed staff when operationally or professionally necessary.

06 Replacement of Staff

If a deployed nurse, caregiver, or attendant becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, leave, resignation, or other circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement.

Replacement timing may vary depending on staff availability and location.

07 Service Charges and Payments

Service charges will be communicated to the customer before commencement of services wherever reasonably possible.

Customers agree to pay the applicable charges within the agreed payment period.

Additional charges may apply for services, extra hours, extended shifts, specialized care requirements, emergency deployment, or other services not included in the original package.

All applicable taxes, government charges, or statutory levies, where applicable, may be charged separately.

08 Advance Payments

Where an advance payment is required, service deployment may be subject to successful receipt of the applicable advance amount.

Advance payments, cancellations, refunds, and adjustments shall be governed by the applicable quotation, service agreement, invoice, or refund policy communicated to the customer.

09 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Date and time of cancellation
  • Service commencement status
  • Staff deployment
  • Advance payment
  • Duration of the service package
  • Expenses already incurred

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the company's prevailing cancellation/refund policy.

10 Customer Responsibilities

The customer/patient's family shall:

  1. Provide a safe and suitable working environment for the assigned staff.
  2. Provide accurate patient information.
  3. Cooperate with the nursing/caregiving staff.
  4. Provide prescribed medicines, medical equipment, consumables, and other patient-specific requirements unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Ensure that staff members are treated respectfully and professionally.
  6. Inform MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd about any significant change in the patient's condition.

11 Staff Safety and Conduct

MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd expects professional and respectful conduct from both staff and customers.

Harassment, abuse, threats, violence, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe working conditions may result in suspension or termination of services.

12 Emergency Situations

Home healthcare services are not a substitute for emergency hospital care.

If a patient's condition deteriorates or an emergency occurs, the patient's family/attendant should seek immediate medical attention.

MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd may assist with coordination or communication where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee emergency medical outcomes.

13 No Guarantee of Medical Outcome

Healthcare outcomes depend on multiple factors, including the patient's medical condition, diagnosis, treatment plan, age, compliance, complications, and response to treatment.

MKS Nursing Home Care Pvt Ltd does not guarantee recovery, improvement, or any particular medical outcome.

14 Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and updated. However, service availability, pricing, packages, locations, staff availability, and other information may change without prior notice.

15 Third-Party Services
